At Relaxncoffee, we want every customer to enjoy their purchase with full confidence. Our refund and return procedures are designed to be simple, transparent, and customer-friendly.


🔁 Eligibility for Returns

You can return any unopened and unused product within 14 days of delivery. Products must be in original packaging and include proof of purchase.

Exceptions:

  • Perishable food items (like opened coffee or sweets)
  • Personalized or digital products (e.g. downloadables)

💸 Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are processed through the original payment method, including Revolut Pay or credit/debit card.

In some cases, processing times may vary depending on your bank.


📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

Received something broken or wrong?

No problem — send us a clear photo of the issue at info@relaxncoffee.eu within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund immediately.


🌍 Shipping for Returns

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

To ensure safe delivery, we recommend using registered post via Cyprus Post:

🧾 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or unavailable.

For an exchange, send us an email first with the product name and order number.
