What makes Greek coffee different from espresso?

Greek coffee is brewed slowly in a copper or stainless steel briki and served unfiltered, creating a rich foam (kaymak) and earthy flavor.

Is Cypriot coffee the same as Greek coffee?

They’re almost identical, but Cypriot coffee tends to be lighter roasted and milder in taste.

How should I prepare Greek coffee at home?

Use cold water, one heaping teaspoon of coffee per cup, and simmer.

Can I use Greek coffee in an espresso machine?

No — it’s too finely ground. It’s meant for stovetop briki brewing.

What is a “briki”?

A small copper or stainless steel pot used to brew traditional Greek, Cypriot or Turkish coffee.

Do you sell authentic copper briki pots?

Yes! All our briki pots are made in Cyprus using time-tested methods.

Are your coffees 100% natural?

Absolutely. We never use artificial flavors or additives.

How long does Greek coffee stay fresh?

Once opened: best within 3 months in a cool, dry place.

Can I buy decaffeinated Greek coffee?

Yes! Relaxncoffee now offers authentic decaffeinated Greek coffee, roasted in Cyprus with the same full flavor, aroma, and golden kaymak as the classic blend — just with out the caffeine, perfect for evenings or gentle mornings. ☕💛

What payment methods do you accept?

Revolut Pay, PayPal, Stripe (credit/debit cards), and Apple Pay.

Can I use multiple promo codes?

Only one coupon per order is accepted.

How can I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package ships.

I didn’t receive an order confirmation — what do I do?

Check your spam folder, then contact us if it’s not there.

Can I modify my order after payment?

Yes, within 4 hours of placing it.

Are prices shown with or without VAT?

All prices include VAT where applicable.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes, for selected bundles and festive occasions.

How do I get my receipt?

It is emailed automatically after checkout.

I entered the wrong address — what should I do?

Contact us immediately so we can correct it before shipping.

I have a coupon — where do I apply it?

In the “Have a coupon?” box at checkout.


Are customs charges included in the price of the products?

No. Product prices and shipping costs do not include customs duties, import VAT, or any additional clearance fees that may apply in your country.


Who is responsible for paying customs fees?

The recipient. International import rules require the customer receiving the goods to cover all duties, taxes, and clearance costs before the parcel can be delivered.


Will my parcel be delivered without paying the required customs charges?

No. Couriers are not allowed to complete delivery until the outstanding fees are paid. This is part of international import regulations and applies to all orders shipped outside the EU.

Where do you ship from?

Directly from our workshop in Cyprus.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes — to Europe, the UK, the USA, Canada, and more.

What are your delivery times?

Europe: 7–15 business days
Outside Europe: 15–35 business days.

Are parcels tracked?

Yes, every order includes tracking.

Do you offer express shipping?

Yes — express shipping is available upon request. ✈️
Please email us first with the products you’re interested in and your destination country, and we’ll reply with the exact express delivery rate and estimated time for your location. 💌

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout by weight and destination.

What happens if my package is lost?

We’ll contact Cyprus Post and either reship or refund your order.

Are there customs fees?

Outside the EU, local customs may apply. USA customers pay all taxes directly at checkout.

Why do you ask for my phone number?

For courier delivery updates only.


Do I have to pay customs duties or import tax when receiving my order?

Yes. Customs duties, import VAT, or handling fees may be required when your parcel enters your country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient directly to the local customs authority or courier.


What happens if customs requires payment before delivery?

Your parcel may be placed on hold at a customs facility or a local collection office. Delivery will resume only after the required charges are paid. If the fees are not paid, the parcel cannot be released for final delivery.


Why was my parcel sent to a collection point?

If customs or the courier could not deliver the parcel without payment, it will be stored at a secure pickup location until the recipient completes any outstanding charges.


🔁 Returns & Refunds

Can I return a product?

Yes, within 14 days of receipt.

How do I start a return?

Contact us via the Contact page with your order number.

Do I pay for return shipping?

Yes, unless the product is faulty or damaged.

When will I receive my refund?

Within 1-2 business days after we receive your return.

What if I received the wrong item?

We’ll send the correct product immediately at no extra cost.

What if my coffee arrives damaged?

Take a photo and email it to us — we’ll replace it right away.

Do you refund digital products?

Digital downloads are non-refundable once delivered.

Do you refund shipping costs?

If the return is our fault (e.g., wrong item or defect), yes.

Who do I contact for refund issues?

Use our Contact form or reply directly to your order email.


What happens if I do not pay the customs charges?

If customs fees are not paid, the parcel will remain unclaimed and eventually be returned to Relaxncoffee. This process may take several weeks depending on the courier and customs authority.


Do I get a refund if I refuse to pay customs fees?

No. Orders that are not collected, refused, or abandoned due to unpaid customs fees are not eligible for a refund. This is because the order was shipped correctly and the non-delivery occurred due to recipient action.


Can my order be resent after it is returned to Relaxncoffee?

Yes. We can resend the parcel once it arrives back to us. The customer must cover the new shipping cost for the second dispatch.


Is a refund available if I do not pick up my parcel from the delivery office?

No. Unclaimed parcels are treated the same as refused deliveries and are not refundable.


Why is a refund not provided in these cases?

Because the order was dispatched correctly, delivered to the destination country, and held for collection. Failure to pay customs duties or collect the parcel is considered recipient responsibility, not a shipping or product fault.

Do I need to create an account to order?

No — guest checkout is available.

Is my data safe with Relaxncoffee?

Yes, our site uses SSL encryption.

Do you store payment details?

Never. Payments are processed securely by Revolut, Stripe, or PayPal.

How do I change my address?

Log in and edit your details under “My Account.”

How do I unsubscribe from emails?

Click the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any Relaxncoffee email.

Do you share my information?

Never. Your data is private and used only for order processing.

What if I forgot my password?

Use the “Forgot password” link on the login page.

Do you sell my data to third parties?

No. We respect your privacy completely.

Are my personal details safe?

Yes — protected via certified payment providers & HTTPS.
